Copper ore processing generates a large amount of copper slag, which has properties that are similar to fine aggregate. slag promising future in the construction industry as an alternative Up 50% aggregate substitutions have been successful. The performance concrete could be improved by microbiologically induced calcium carbonate precipitation. impact micro-organisms on mechanical and flexural behaviour was investigated this study. Five mixtures were created replacing varying amounts with ranging from 0% 100%. M30 grade used, 1% 2% bacterium Bacillus subtilis weight cement added during casting procedure. Specimens different shapes, such cubes, cylinders, prisms, cast examined at 7, 14, 28 days. When treated micro-organisms, test results revealed 75% sand produced superior greater density. With optimal ratio suitable RCC beam formed. Load–deflection patterns bacterial used investigate behaviour, compared using ABAQUS modelling. Microbiologically precipitation can alter regular concrete, resulting enhanced performance.
